Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars. Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere.
Delivery
Please be very careful to ensure that the correct mailing address details are entered during check out. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that has been supplied to our store, and shipping charges will apply to any goods that need to be resent due to client error.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us; your personal information will remain private and protected. We only store information that helps us process your order such as e-mail addresses, postal addresses, billing addresses and phone numbers. We DO NOT store information about your credit card. We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:
- You’ve created a Customer Account
- Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated
- You’ve made a purchase
- Your order has shipped
It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.
We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.
Descriptions and colours
All items for sale are described and photographed as accurately as possible, as the products are handmade the actual colours on finished pieces may vary from colours displayed, except in the one off pieces. Due to the slight temperature variations that can occur during the firing process or the position of the piece in the kiln, colours of glazes as well as the clay itself may vary between pieces.
All sizes are approximate.
Please note that due to the different settings in computer monitors the colours might also vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you need any further information, please contact us before ordering.
