Shipping & Returns



Postage is not included in the price and will be charged in addition to the final price at checkout. 

Pieces will be shipped within 2 – 4 working days of payment being received. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.



We offer a flat $10 rate for all postage and handling on all Australian orders.



We are happy to arrange for international shipping, and you will be able to select your correct shipping option up once you have your item/s ready to checkout. Please select the correct shipping amount (e.g if your purchase is $50 please select the “Orders up to $50” option). If the correct postage option is not selected we will be unable to process your order.

If your country does not come up as an option at checkout please email us with the details for a shipping quote.

While international postage can be arranged please be aware that additional customs charges, duties or taxes may apply depending on the country. We are not responsible for these charges nor the extra waiting time that may occur in customs, so please contact your local authorities if you have any questions.



We take great care to send your ceramics as safely and quickly as possible. However the mailing of fragile goods is never 100% safe, so if any of your pieces arrive broken please email a photo of the broken goods within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue you with a replacement, refund or store credit at no additional cost. 

We take great pride in our product, and if you decide that our pieces are not what you expected or are not for you then we will accept the return within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is at the customers cost, and payment will be refunded when we receive the piece/s. Return address will be supplied upon request.



Please be very careful to ensure that the correct mailing address details are entered during check out. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that has been supplied to our store, and shipping charges will apply to any goods that need to be resent due to client error.
